Know Your Assets Limited exists because real-asset work still splits in two. One desk maps locations and hazards. Another traces ownership and counterparties. Decisions get made in the gap between them.

We build a review that holds both: where an asset sits, who owns or operates it, and what can go wrong on the ground. The audience is institutional — funds, operators, and insurers who need a clear picture before they commit.

This is not a consumer tracker, and it is not an electrical compliance logbook. It is know-your-assets in the diligence sense, applied to physical property and the entities behind it.

Assets are physical. Control is legal. Risk is both.
